Developed by Crossland Realty Group and constructed by Crossland Construction, this facility features 18 dock doors, three ramps, and storage capacity for up to 18,000 pallets of freight. Designed to support Watco’s expanding logistics operations, the project reflects a strong partnership and shared commitment to high-performance industrial space.
