The FCI Leavenworth project stands as a defining milestone for Crossland Prefab and a clear example of what our team can deliver when scale, schedule, and complexity collide.
Crossland Prefab was brought in to support the effort with large-scale precast panel production. Over the course of the project, our team successfully produced 707 concrete panels, completing our largest prefab contract to date at $12 million. The scope required intense coordination, tight production schedules, and a relentless focus on quality and safety.
Before production even began, the team faced multiple consecutive 70-hour work weeks focused on planning, sequencing, and readiness. That upfront investment paid off. When challenges surfaced, as they always do on a job of this magnitude, our crews responded with strong communication, teamwork, and resilience. Every setback became an opportunity to sharpen processes and strengthen trust across the team.
More than any single metric, Leavenworth proved what Crossland Prefab is capable of at a high level. The scale, complexity, and production demands pushed our operation further than ever before. The commitment and sacrifices made by our people didn’t just deliver panels—they raised the bar for future projects.
FCI Leavenworth wasn’t just our biggest job.
It was a turning point.
