Prosper Keeps Prospering

Crossland Realty played a key role in Prosper, Texas’ rapid growth with the successful development of the Gates of Prosper—a $38 million, nearly 180,000 SF retail and dining destination. Completed in 2021, the project included nine buildings and multiple pad sites, all delivered through phased construction to meet tight tenant move-in schedules. Despite pandemic-related challenges, the team adapted quickly to keep the project moving safely and efficiently, adding features like a public splash pad and designing flexible, modern spaces that continue to serve as a cornerstone of Prosper’s thriving commercial scene.
