Texas’ Trusted Infrastructure Builder.

From water treatment facilities and wastewater systems to pump stations and lift stations, we’re bringing our self-performing capabilities to Texas — building the infrastructure that keeps it moving.

CONTACT TEXAS
Four construction workers in hard hats stand on a construction site, reviewing plans. Behind them are a trailer, a large silo, and a black water tank, with clear blue sky overhead.

Backed by our field-proven capabilities, we partner with owners and engineers to deliver complex civil and infrastructure projects with care, clarity, and accountability.

Crossland Heavy Contractors established its Texas presence in 2024, strategically positioning the Prosper office to serve the rapidly growing North Texas market. With existing regional hubs in Northwest Arkansas, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City providing resource support, CHC entered Texas with the backing of an experienced network and a focused mission: to become the premier treatment plant contractor in the region.

The $170.6 million Panther Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion in Frisco, TX is the defining early chapter of that story. CHC is increasing the plant’s capacity from 10 to 15 MGD — constructing new clarifiers, tertiary filters, a UV facility, and supporting systems, all while keeping the existing plant fully operational. It’s the kind of complex, high-stakes work CHC was built for, and a clear signal of our long-term commitment to building the infrastructure that keeps Texas moving.

DELIVERING MORE
FOR OUR CLIENTS.

Construction workers in safety gear work on a large building foundation, surrounded by rebar, wood forms, and construction materials, with industrial buildings and equipment visible in the background.

Water & Wastewater

From new facility construction to plant expansions and system upgrades, we deliver complex water and wastewater infrastructure with the technical knowledge and field experience these projects demand.

Collaborative Delivery

We bring construction insight to the table early — through CMAR, design-build, and preconstruction collaboration — to reduce risk, sharpen cost certainty, and improve project outcomes for owners and engineers.

Self-Performance

Our in-house crews handle earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete work — giving owners tighter schedule control, stronger quality oversight, and more predictable cost throughout construction.

JASON LUNDRY
TEXAS DIVISION MANAGER

972.347.5659

690 Mike Howard Ln, Suite 10
Prosper, TX 75078

Meet Jason, our Texas Division Manager. Jason began his career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager in 2007, and has spent nearly two decades building the field experience, project knowledge, and leadership required to grow with it.

Inspired to enter the industry at a young age, Jason progressed steadily from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager before taking on the challenge of leading CHC’s North Texas expansion in 2024. His background spans complex infrastructure work — including the $57 million Broken Arrow Water Treatment Plant — and his goal for the Texas Division is direct: establish Crossland Heavy as the premier treatment plant contractor in the region.

Jason brings strong operational knowledge, a direct approach to problem-solving, and the Crossland commitment to self-performance and quality to every project he leads. He is focused on delivering work that earns lasting trust in a market CHC intends to call home.
