Non-Arterial
Tulsa, OK
Crossland Heavy Contractors teamed up with the City of Tulsa to revitalize the historic neighborhood “The Heights,” providing much needed updates to the infrastructure. Our team worked diligently to implement a detailed plan to ensure minimal disruption to the area while still achieving an early completion. This Non-Arterial Zone rehabilitation project included concrete paving, storm drainage, curb and gutter, ADA sidewalk, and utility replacement. Throughout the project, our self-performing teams encountered many elevation discrepancies which had to be resolved in order to pave the ADA-compliant sidewalks. We worked with the engineer and the owner to propose, document, and approve field modifications while keeping the project on schedule and on budget. Ultimately we completed this project two weeks early for the owner and the residents of The Heights.
