And doing many other things at one of the newest car wash and lube centers in Prosper, Texas.
The Super Splash Car Wash in Prosper is a $3.5 million one-stop shop for vehicle wash, maintenance, and detailing. The 10,500 SF facility consists of two main buildings: the car wash center and the lube center, where oil changes and other inspections take place.
This place is legit.
Both buildings feature solid split-face block with some smooth face CMU and sticky stone veneer. The interior of the lube center features exposed CMU and sticky stone along the columns.
This project came with unique and fun challenges because of the extensive amount of high-end technology the owner furnished. The car care center features more than $1.5 million of owner-furnished equipment, which is nearly three times the amount of a typical car wash. Coordination between Crossland and the owner was vital to making sure everything was installed correctly during construction.
Regular meetings and constant communication allowed Crossland to work as a team with the owner to identify issues and adapt to changes in the overall design.
Crossland also worked with the owner to identify opportunities for utility cost savings.
The end result was a state-of-the-art car care center that has already been a big hit with the people and vehicles of Prosper, Texas.
