Crossland Heavy Contractors established its Tulsa presence in 1999, entering the utility market and quickly expanding into water and wastewater treatment, pedestrian bridges, and trails. From the start, the division built a reputation for delivering complex infrastructure work that communities across Northeast Oklahoma depend on.

In 2011, the Tulsa Division added roadwork to its portfolio — a market that now accounts for roughly 40% of the division’s volume. From site work and pump stations to parks and recreation projects, the Tulsa team has grown into one of CHC’s most versatile operations, with landmark work including the Broken Arrow Water Treatment Plant, the Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Owasso Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Meet Trace, our Tulsa Division Manager. Trace has over a decade of experience in heavy civil infrastructure and has built a reputation for proactive leadership and consistent delivery across complex, high-stakes projects.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Trace brings both technical knowledge and practical field insight to the role. He stays actively involved throughout each project — providing guidance from start to finish with close attention to budget, schedule, and quality.

Trace’s commitment to doing things the right way, on every project, has earned the trust of clients and team members alike and positioned the Tulsa Division for continued growth across the region.
