Crossland Construction Company was awarded the $13 million contract for the Aloft Hotel in Wichita, Kansas. This five story hospitality facility has structural metal studs, a concrete floor, and geo-pier foundations. Modern architectural exterior finishes include aluminum composite panels and exterior insulation finishing. Interiorly, there are 126 guestrooms, three large meeting rooms, a lobby, and large public spaces for guest use. Additional amenities include a bar, a fitness room, an outdoor pool, and two large patio areas. Polished concrete floors are located in the lobby and public spaces.
