The Non-Arterial Zone 4031 Project sought to reconstruct the aging infrastructure of the neighborhood of 645 households in Tulsa, OK Tulsa, OK by improving storm drainage, installing new waterline, pouring new driveway approaches, repaving the streets, and installing curb and gutter.
Zone 4031 hadn’t been re-paved in 30-40 years, so the streets were in poor condition as was the storm drain infrastructure which caused drainage issues in some areas. The scope of the project consisted of 50,000 square yards of concrete paving, 15,000 linear feet (or 3 miles) of waterline, 45,000 cubic yards of excavations, 30,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, 115 new storm drain structures, 2,637 linear feet of storm drain piping, and 645 driveway approaches.
