Pace Industries

Industrial

Harrison, Arkansas

Brief Summary

The Harrison manufacturing plant is Pace Industries’ largest plant, providing products to numerous Fortune 500 companies.  For this project, Crossland removed the concrete floor and poured a large, thick machine foundation.  New compressors, cooling towers, HVAC units, transformers, and dust collectors created an infrastructure conducive to warehouse manufacturing.  All piping and hook-ups to electrical, gas, and water were installed for production equipment.  Crossland teams worked among Pace employees while they rebuilt damaged machines.  Crossland performed extensive site work on the exterior to stabilize the existing area behind the building and to control the storm water runoff.
