This 8,500 square foot, $1 million athletic facility is located just east of the existing field and stadium seating. The project adds to the amenities provided to Owasso’s athletes with new locker rooms, coaches’ personal locker rooms and offices, a breakroom, and team breakout rooms for both the soccer and cross country/track teams. The team breakout rooms are openly structured with high density lighting, combination marker/tack boards with images of the track and field to aid in visualization of tactics, and Mondo rubber flooring that protects against cleats; modular carpet tile is located in coaches’ offices and ceramic tile finishes out the restrooms and showers. Approximately 160 lockers were installed for athlete equipment. Wooden benches were installed for seating.
Having self-performed the demolition, steel, and concrete, as well as the exterior concrete, Crossland was able to deliver the project on time and on budget. As a partner in collaboration with Architects and Owners, we are excited to include Owasso Public Schools’ scope of work as a part of our portfolio, providing quality construction and excellence in educational facilities.
