The Mustang Educational Resource Center project is a new 27,500 square foot split-level build for the Mustang school district, housing offices for its administration, IT, HR, and finance staff, as well as the Bronco Club, the central enrollment office, conference rooms, and a 200-person boardroom. It is the first time that offices for the entire district have been located in one place.
The two-story building is housed on a site with a dramatic change in elevation, allowing us to build a unique walk-out basement to the rear. The exterior is a combination of brick, burnished block, storefront glass, and metal panels. There’s also a 40-foot clock tower.
Custom is the name of the game inside this resource center, from the custom table inside the new 200 person board room to the glass staircase leading to the board room, and the light fixtures throughout the entire building.
