The CrossMar Industrial Park #6 project is an industrial printing facility for the world’s largest retailer. This 174,550 square foot warehouse featured insulated tilt-walls, a TPO roof, and a 33,000 square foot mezzanine. On the exterior, there is a floor to roof aluminum storefront entry with architectural aluminum sunshades. The sheer size and complexity of this facility required exceptional coordination between Crossland, the owner, the design team, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
Tilt-wall insulation was pre-punched and pre-cut, uniquely fabricated for each tilt-wall panel, which helped save time during an unusually rainy structural phase of the project. Crossland’s steel crews erected the mezzanine rapidly, keeping the schedule on track, despite the weather challenges.
