The scope included construction/installation of a new electrical room to house three new adjustable frequency drives, one, relocated adjustable frequency drive, one switchboard, one automatic transfer switch, one programmable logic controller cabinet, and several other miscellaneous devices. Crews also replaced one five million gallon/day pump with a new 10 million gallon/day pump, along with associated piping and appurtenances.
Additionally, we replaced approximately 280 linear feet of the 36 inch raw water transmission main, as well as the pump station roofing and security fencing, and electrical transformations. Finally, Crossland performed miscellaneous demolition and electrical work, and some site work.
