This 32,000 square foot facility combines industrial and office space through a pre-engineered metal building and custom wall panels. The industrial portion of the building features five overhead doors and bays for heavy equipment and trucking, as well as four drive-thru truck bays for tire and mechanic work. The tank yard includes tanks transferred from previous facilities and new tanks necessary for oil and lubricant storage.
Allied Oil operates within the confines of a highly regulated industry. Therefore, all storage and containment areas were aggressively monitored for leakage and required numerous inspections during the transfer and setting of the tanks on the new campus. Crossland teams self-performed the concrete, steel, finish carpentry work, and the tilt wall panel. Because of the overall success of this project, Crossland Construction was selected for another Allied Oil project in Kansas City.
