Nick Penner Promoted to Senior Project Manager

Crossland would like to announce the promotion of Nick Penner to Senior Project Manager. In this role, Nick will lead projects but also assist in new business procurement, and pre-construction activities in the Central and Western Kansas Markets. Penner, a Kansas-State Graduate and 3rdgeneration builder with 20 years of experience has been with Crossland for the last 2 years serving as Project Manager. While at Crossland he has completed The Flats @ WSU student housing, WSU Law Enforcement Training Center, CSTK’s new facility in Park City, and assisted in numerous pre-construction activities on various projects. Nick is heavily involved in his community. He has served as President for the Wichita Area Builders Associations Commercial Council, Board member for Young Professionals of Wichita Community Enhancement, member of Young Leaders Impact Board of the Boys & Girls Club of South Central Kansas. And, most recently, he was appointed to the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Preservation Board and sits on the Metro Chamber of Commerce Government Relations board.
