Crossland Breaks Ground On $41.2 Million Project

Denver, Colorado – Crossland Construction Company will break ground on Highline Pointe, a $41.2 million luxury apartment complex located off of the historic Highline Canal and straddling the border of Denver and Arapahoe County on Wednesday, June 21st in a private ceremony. Delwest, the Owner and developer of this multi-million dollar project, is a leading multifamily and single-family developer who specializes in affordable housing and distressed real estate investments in Colorado. Delwest and Crossland Construction, along with project architectural firm Kephart, structural engineering firm Anchor Engineering, mechanical/plumbing engineering firm 5280 Engineering, electrical engineering firm RG Engineering, and the civil engineers at CORE Consultants, are ready to get started on this exciting opportunity.
About the Highline Point Project
The Highline Pointe project will consist of two seven story buildings resting atop two floors of parking garage. Each structure will have five floors of apartments, creating a total of 190 units. Additional facility features include a clubhouse and pool. The building is set to be energy efficient, with a guaranteed Silver LEED status after completion. Apartment features will include high-end finishes, resort-style amenities, direct access to the Highline Canal and easy access to Glendale, Cherry Creek, and Downtown Denver.
