25 October, 2017
Please join us in congratulating Aaron Hight on his promotion to Senior Project Manager at Crossland Construction Company. Aaron’s new role will challenge him as he applies his key leadership skills to not only his own projects, but to the oversight of other project managers and their work. This position within our Midwest Construction Management and Hard Bid Division will also allow him to mentor their project managers and project engineers. Aaron joined Crossland in 2003. Since that time, he has made a tremendous impact on his division. Aaron commented, “Since joining Crossland, I have seen the overwhelming growth of our company, and have always strived to help propel us into the future. I feel the Crossland team is not only my livelihood, but my family. Helping my family succeed is my top priority.” Danny Langerot, Vice President Division Manager, commented, “Aaron is the epitome of our company’s Core Values, and his experience will be a great asset to the other project managers within our division. I look forward to seeing Aaron thrive in his new leadership role as he helps promote the continued success of our division.” When he is not at Crossland, Aaron works on family farm improvement projects and spends time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys attending church, hunting, and fishing, and camping with his family. Aaron was born and raised in Riverton, Kansas. He attended Pittsburg State University, where he played football for the Gorillas and graduated with a degree in Construction Management; he also achieved a minor in both Business Administration and Mathematics.
