Bringing modern living spaces to Wichita's Delano District

Crossland is building this new apartment complex in a newly created Wichita district on the west side of downtown next to the Arkansas River, the Wichita Wingnuts ballpark, and the new $33M public library.

The site is along the Douglas Avenue corridor in the Delano neighborhood Revitalization Area. The City of Wichita has focused on redeveloping the area for decades to achieve its vision for the downtown area through private investment.

This project, which sits on 7.5 acres of land, will deliver 200+ apartments, structured parking, 1+ acre greenway, over 95+ hotel rooms, and 7,000+ SF of commercial space.
